Standard Rebar coupler are manufactured with standard metric threads which conforms to ISO standards. These couplers are used to join two ends of rebar together after cutting threads on the rebar. The Simplicity of construction and Design load of the coupler helps it to achieve a documented tensile load of well above 700 N/mm2 well above the available market grade rebar.
Reducer Coupler helps with flexibility in construction design helping the user to connect two rebar of different sizes achieving good load bearing.
Connections wherein rebar splicing is not possible either by lap splicing or by threading of rebar for connecting with coupler, Crimp coupler is set where crimping is done on the coupler by using a special handheld forging unit by bringing in both the rebar end to end with step by step execution of pressing at predetermined lengths wherein good connection is achieved.
Steel Structural members used in construction such as beams, plates & columns where connection of reinforcement bars can be achieved by welding the reinforcement couplers on to the steel structures.
Connections wherein the rebar cannot be turned for joining them a positioned coupler is used . The 3 piece design of the coupler makes it possible for the rebar to be under a preload mainly for joining of two precast element for achieving a fair bar break .
